Supt. Shepard shared that they are capturing money from NDE & GMS; Our Budget is Finalized; State Auditors and our Annual Audit is happening next week.

Discussion:
Supt. Shepard gave recommendations for used pickups starting at 44,000 and new are in the 50's & 60's. 3/4 ton for 45,271. Price for V style snow plow is up to 10,000. We will still use the pickup we already have.

IX.A. Superintendent and Progress Plan Update
Discussion:
Priority Plan has been submitted. PUtting together a strategic plan which will include Board, Administration, Council, Parents and Students. Progress update on the community coffee shop. Dave Raymond owner of Facility Advocates is preparing plans for future building projects.Students are doing really good.

IX.B. Early Childhood/Pk Director, Elementary/MS Principal and High School Principal
Discussion:
Mrs.Nagel ELE/MS update: PD days; WIT Teams; TNTP; Cognia Accreditation; Rule 10 audit; Fire Prevention month; 99.5% ADA and 9 students earned Attendance Trip.Going to use Amazon as school activity; Koda the Warrior coming to the Library, he is a Native Author of Comic Books. Society of Cares is in the MS and HS presenting culture sensitivity; faith; partnering with school Kahomni in November.
Waylon asked about CTE Program and how kids are liking it. -Mrs. LaPlante HS update: Warrior bucks program; community service; Tribal Council asked HS for community input; Attendance goal - Kelly Warriors wants to come back; Suicide prevention on call numbers, Waylon will get numbers. Megan is on coalition. Waylon going to look into the helpline and with Warriors Bucks Store.
