Discussion:
Principals talked about the behavior Matrix.
Sidney asked if the Superintendent or admin can override the matrix, so there is more consistency. Discussion of Para Hiring and Classified Staff pay scales. Board is asking for hiring panels, so the board can be involved in hiring at the school. Board would like it in black and white whether they can or cannot be on a hiring panel. |
