President Opela called the regular meeting to order of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 6:35 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020, in the library at Stapleton Public Schools.

Discussion:
The treasurer's report was presented by Superintendent Gaffney.

Community Liaison
Discussion:
Lacy Kinderknecht gave her Community Liaisons' report which included: Foundation Gala was a huge success, speech and pie social had a great turnout, math facts will be sent home with students as the family night was cancelled, community clean-up day is April 29th, and May 4th is the Science/Social Studies Fair.

Activities Director Report
Discussion:
The Activities Director's report given by Tera Kostelecky included the following: first practice for spring sports started but are now on hold at least until March 30, next Coop meeting this Wednesday, Speech won Conference with a big WOW!, spring practice and meets have been put on hold by the State, Governor's address regarding Coronavirus, and many cancellations of activities.

Principal Walker's report included: early childhood education, NSCAS/ACT prep, parent/teacher conferences, kindergarten round-up, Germ Buster presentation for PreK-6, Upper Loup NRD Earth/Arbor Day on April 22nd, You Science, celebrating successful Gala and speech team.
