President Opela called the regular meeting of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, in the library at Stapleton Public Schools.

The Activities Director's report given by Eric Kloke included the following: fall practice started last week and projected number of participants for fall sports with a 75% participation rate.

Principal Gleisberg's report included: introduction of career/philosophy/goals, projected enrollment for PK-12, and Edventurous Program at ESU 16.

Board Committee Reports: Transportation, Coop (Sept-American Civics)
Discussion:
The transportation committee met and presented highlights from their meeting, including fuel prices, need for bus drivers and change in purchase price of new vehicle.
The coop committee met and presented highlights including extra duty assignments, coach's evaluation tool and handbook changes. |

Discussion:
Superintendent Redinger's report presented information on the following: employment needs, NASB Area Membership Meeting, building sprinklers, looking into splash guards for drainage, painting for front of building in mid September, help with van for neighboring school when their bus broke down, roofing leaks repaired and HVAC needs completed by months end.
