President Opela called the regular meeting of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 7:10 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, in the library at Stapleton Public Schools.

Community Liaison
Discussion:
Bryan Regier gave his Community Liaisons' report which included: Junior Chamber members selected this week, Chamber donation to Coy Johnston, and Tricked Out Trunk downtown on October 31st at 4:00 pm.

Activities Director Report
Discussion:
The Activities Director's report given by Eric Kloke included the following: winter classifications for basketball and wrestling, updates on football, volleyball and cross country and we host MNAC One-Acts on November 15th.

Principal
Discussion:
Principal Gleisberg's report included: current enrollment, instruction walk-throughs, curriculum, MAPS testing schedule, collective teacher efficiency, climate/culture, Partner-Up Rodeo, and In-service with ESU Curriculum developer.

Board Committee Reports- American Civics (October-Building and Grounds)
Discussion:
The Coop Committee highlighted their meeting regarding track coaching assignments and junior high practices on off days.

Superintendent
Discussion:
Superintendent Redinger's report presented information on the following: employment needs, NASB Area Membership Meeting, building sprinklers, building projects, fencing, bleacher area, building paint, HVAC Mechanical Sales and new addition, and need for UTV.
