President Opela called the regular meeting of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 7:30 p.m. on November 21, 2022, in the library at Stapleton Public Schools.

Discussion:
President Opela asked if there was any public comment and referred to the guidelines in the agenda.
A coach addressed the board regarding concerns of taking the activity van after practice to North Platte. A community member addressed the board regarding last month's pay increase to certified staff for covering a class during their planning period and keeping morale up for the staff, student cell phones, interest on items on agenda and thanked Steve Schaeffer for his many years of service as a board member. |

Discussion:
Bryan Regier gave his Community Liaisons' report which included: elementary Halloween parade, Veterans' Day Program, Chamber Meeting held on October 25, NHS Canned Food Drive, update on Daycare plans, possible new date for Logan Co Fair, and Christmas around town on November 19th.

Activities Director Report
Discussion:
The Activities Director's report given by Eric Kloke included the following: Congratulations to Leyton Connell, Cole Kramer, Caleb Burnside, Coy Johnston, Jaxton Starr and Tad Dimmitt on being chosen to the 1st team All-District Football and Cayson Johnston and Cooper Layher for honorable mention. Congratulations to Arena Fetty for 2nd Team All-Conference and Lindsay Newman for honorable mention. Cross Country placed 9th as a team. Winter sports are starting up with 18 projected for boys basketball, 16 girls for girls basketball and 8 boys/6 girls for wrestling. Congratulations to one-acts winning MNAC Conference.

Principal Gleisberg's report included: current enrollment, certified observations, in-service, downlist/watch list students and loss of computers, F.A.S.T. training for seniors, Veterans Day Program and NHS Food Can Drive.

Superintendent Redinger's report presented information on the following: NDE visit regarding ADA accessibility, superintendent contract changes, hallway gates, State Education Conference takeaways and activity van to North Platte after practice and the wonderful Veteran's Day Program and Thank You from Pat and Debbi Hecox was read.
