The Building and Grounds Committee highlighted items discussed at their meeting: installation of handrails by front entrance steps and portion of handicap ramp, erosion control, postpone removing cedar tree on school lot, options for drains off big gym on south side, and leak in superintendent house.

Discussion regarding the proposal made to McPherson County Public Schools for the continuation of the cooperative sport's program.
Discussion:
The board discussed the proposal made to McPherson County Public Schools for the continuation of the cooperative sport's program. Stapleton has issued an invitation for junior high to practice athletics every day at Stapleton for the last two periods of the day. An additional offer for McPherson County's junior high to share our music and/or art class during an additional period in the afternoon since McPherson County currently does not have a music teacher or art teacher.
