President F. Kramer called the regular meeting of the Stapleton Public Schools Board of Education to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, in the library at Stapleton Public Schools.

Notice of the meeting was published in the Stapleton Enterprise on Thursday, October 9, 2025, and posted at five local businesses along with notice to the president of the board and all members prior to the meeting date.

Discussion:
The treasurer's report was presented by Superintendent Redinger.

Community Liaison
Discussion:
Bryan Regier gave his Community Liaisons' report which included: Elementary Halloween Parade on October 31, at 1:30 p.m. in gym, annual Trunk or Treat held downtown, and continuing to share and post pictures with newspaper and social media. The junior chamber members selected include: Kelsey Amos, Lexi Hagan, Madilyn McEntee and Jace Scott.

Activities Director Report
Discussion:
The Activities Director's report included the following: fall team sports records, conference events, parents' night, high school girls will have a JV season only this year and junior high winter sports coaches will be Sonny Scott for wrestling, Kadee McVay for girls basketball and awaiting word on coach for boys basketball. Thank you to the following people: game helpers including Chip Kramer, Josh Allen, Dale Florea, Teejay Myers, Chance Connell, Jon Walz, Nathan Weems, Scott Gaites and Alan Miller; Mr. Reiger for driving, Bridget Weems for organizing parents' night, Kami Florea for organizing football parents to provide food for opposing teams and Erin Hynes for overseeing school photos and banners.

Principal
Discussion:
7-12 Principal report included: attended MNAC administrators meeting, National Honor Society Induction Ceremony held September 16th with three new members including Colton Clouse, Briley Kramer and CJ Greeff, Red Cross Blood Drive, formal evaluations for secondary teachers will begin soon, parent/teacher conferences and a guided study hall is being added to schedule for junior high on IEP's or otherwise identified as needing additional academic support.
PK-6 Principal Isom could not attend but had the following topics for the board: IEP'S/MDTs, Principal for a Day, R.A.R.E. Awards/Program, Count Us in Assembly on October 22, to recognize 4-6 grade students on the honor roll and with good attendance, Teacher Inservice highlights and completing third Librarian Certificate. |
