any necessary action regarding the roofing project. In my opinion, the discussion of these matters in closed session is clearly necessary to protect the public interest, to protect the attorney-client privilege, and is authorized by Nebraska statute. Is there a motion to enter closed session to discuss and consider the roofing project, a threat of litigation, and for the purposes of the rendering of legal advice concerning the same because closed session is clearly necessary to protect the public interest and to protect the attorney-client privilege?
