Discussion:
Mike Loofe addressed the Council on behalf of the Civic Center Board in regards to the pros and cons of the City obtaining a liquor license on the premises. He stated the board wasn't going to recommend the City obtain one, but they would recommend that there be a license on the premises whether it be by the City or privately.
