NOTICE OF DUE AND LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice of this meeting has been posted at Bank First, the Wakefield Post Office, and the City of Wakefield office. C. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETINGS LAWS This is an open meeting of the Wakefield, Nebraska City Council. The City of Wakefield abides by the Nebraska Open Meetings Act in conducting business. A copy of the Nebraska Opening Meetings Act is displayed on the east wall of this meeting room as required by Nebraska State Law. D. EXECUTIVE/CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to go into Executive/Closed Session on any agenda items as allowed by Nebraska State Law per Section 84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, Stating Purpose, Participants, and time of closed session. The public may be excused and re-enter at the meeting room at any time after reconvening open session. E. REGISTERED AGENDA SPEAKERS: The mayor or presiding meeting officers reserves the right to deny this request or will call you to the podium when your agenda items is ready to be heard. Presentations, if allowed, may be limited to five (5) minutes person with a limit of three (3) individuals speaking per topic position.
