1. Roll Call/Call To Order
Discussion:
Called to order at 5:31 PM.

2. Public Comment
Discussion:
There were no members of the public present to comment to the board.

3. Board Self-Assessment Review
Discussion:
Mrs. Herring shared the results of the boards self-assessment and led discussion on areas of strength and areas of improvement.

4. Superintendent Goal Setting Session
Discussion:
Mrs. Herring led the board through a goal setting session as MR. Furrow begins his tenure as superintendent of schools.

5. Superintendent’s Report
Discussion:
Mr. Furrow gave the board a facilities update on summer projects. The board also discussed transportation plans for the upcoming school year. Mr. Furrow updated the board on he and Mrs. Tiana Bonde's progress on budget planning. Mr. Furrow also updated the board on recent personnel changes.

The next regular meeting of the Callaway Public Schools Board of Education will be held Monday, August 12, 2024, in the high school library at 8:00 pm. The agenda for this and all meetings will be kept continually updated and available for public inspection in the superintendent's office, during regular business hours, and with reasonable notice. |
