1. Roll Call/Call To Order/Pledge of Allegiance
Discussion:
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. There were 23 guest of the public in attendance.

2. Correspondence/Guests/Public Comment to the Board of Education

3. Legislative Updates
Discussion:
Mr. Furrow updated the board on some of the legislative bills being introduced that could impact education.

4. Financial Updates
Discussion:
Mr. Furrow informed the board of the most current financials, and shared projections for the next couple of months.

5. Job Descriptions
Discussion:
Mr. Furrow shared the folder with updated job descriptions for the board to review before the February regular board meeting.

7. School Day Schedule/Calendar
Discussion:
The bulk of the workshop time was used for the board and the teacher groups to share thoughts and concerns with different potential schedules and calendars. The administrative team will summarize the input and present a schedule for board consideration at the February board meeting.
