1. Public Hearing on the One-and-Six-year road plan.

2. Public hearing on the annexation of property located east of Chestnut Street and North of the existing Corporate Limits line, approximately 725 feet to the East and North to the property of the Lower Platte North NRD office building site.

2.A. Approval of first reading of Ordinance No 2463 to provide for the annexation of this property.
