1. Proposed amendment to Ordinance 1886, the Wahoo Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.09.06, Height and Lot Requirements, specific to the lot area and lot width.

2. An application filed by Sand Creek Investments to rezone property described as Tract A and Part of NW ¼ NE ¼ all in Section 3, Township 14 N, Range 7 E of the 6^th P.M., in the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska, commonly known as 1258 N Spruce from C-2 Highway Commercial District to C-3 General Commercial District, R-2 Residential District and, R-3 Residential District.
 

3. An application for subdivision known as Sand Creek Senior Living Addition, a 2.84 acre parcel of land, more or less, located in the Tract A and Part of NW ¼ NE ¼ all in Section 3, Township 14 N, Range 7 E of the 6^th P.M., in the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska, as filed by Sand Creek Investments.
