1. Attendance

Also in attendance were George Schlothauer, Don Hague and Brian Sweeney.

2. Chairperson Designation
Discussion:
Doll was designated as Building Committee Chairperson.

3. Lincoln Contigencies
Discussion:
Sweeney reviewed revenues, expenditures and budgets. Contractor and architectual fees were examined, along with past and future billings. Leed requirements were also discussed.
Construction contingencies and miscellanous costs, including testing, communications and site work up, were also examined. The possibility of a paved parking area was discussed.
Finally, considerations that would come out of the depreciation or special building funds were reviewed in detail. These items include playground equipment, turf options and sprinklers, furniture, which includes cafeteria tables, chairs, desks, appliances and library racks, technology, landscaping and moving expenses.
Schlothauer passed around playground equipment quotes from a Nebrawska company to the committee. Donations from local civic groups, as well as Keno funds were detailed. Schlothauer will also gather bids for turf options.
The Business Committee will also review this information at their next committee meeting.

4.1. 2012-2013 Draft Calendar
Discussion:
Hague reminded the committee that the draft copy of the calendar will be submitted to the full board for approval at the February meeting.

Discussion:
A current change order summary was distributed and Sweeney reviewed the summary for the Lincoln Elementary construction project with the committee.
