1. Attendance
Discussion:
Also in attendance were Don Hague, Tim Meisner, Kraig Weyrich and Kim Busby.

2. Jr. High/Freshman Academy Student Presentation on Round Tables (15 minutes)
Discussion:
Weyrich introduced Busby's Freshman Geometry Class, who provided a presentation on round cafeteria tables. Topics covered by their presentation included dimensions, scale drawings and room layouts. The students also provided examples of tables and explained how the tables could be utilized in study hall sessions, fundraisers and activities, in addition to lunch time. Current capacity numbers were cocmpared to potential numbers. Twenty three tables have been requested and, if approved, would be installed for use by the next school year. The Facilities Committee supports the concept and will forward on this request to the Business Committee, which meets next week.

3. Master Facilities Plan
Discussion:
A copy of the Masater Facilities Plan was distributed and reviewed. The moving of the Jr. High bleachers to the High School was added to the summer work list. Each building principal will be submitting a list of summer work to Hague withing the next two weeks.
Lighting replacement and track resurfacing were also discussed. The committee suggested developing a 5 year plan. The next priority project may be the high school locker/weight room. Auditorium seeating at the high school could also become a priority.
The district will host a sale in June to eliminate surplus items. The sale will be held at the Aurora facility.

The next meeting will be held on April 5th at Cedar Canyon Elementary.
