1. Attendance
Discussion:
In attendance were Scottsbluff Public Schools Superintendent Rick Myles, Scottsbluff Public Schools Finance Director Lavon Hood, Gering Public Schools Superintendent Don Hague and Gering Public Schools Finance Director Tim Meisner.

2. Contract Signature

Discussion:
It was determined that Myles wills serve as the Interlocal President and will be authorized to provide an official signature when needed.
Hood provided four copies of the Interlocal Contract for signatures from both District Superintendents, as well as signatures from each Board's Secretary.
Hood also provided five copies of the Bus Contract with First Student that required signatures from both District Superintendents.
Hague encouraged Myles to receive advisement from Russ Inbody in the future if the Interlocal Group needs to be expanded.
Hood will forward the signed documents to First Student.
