Mr. Hastings informed the board of the action items. He also reported that the Cedar Canyon sale is progressing with the final step being being the zoning application. Winter activities have started. |

More Information:
GPS received proposals from both the Gering Courier and Star-Herald requesting to be named the newspaper of record for 2018. The Gering Courier proposal includes a provision that would not only run the district's legals in the Courier, but also in the Star-Herald. The Star-Herald's proposal provides this same offer for publication in the Courier.

Discussion:
Mr. Holliday read a few poems regarding teachers at Christmas time. The board members expressed their appreciation of Ms. Graslie and her work throughout the district. Mrs. Winn is pleased with the new Bulldog assemblies.
