2. Space Allocation
Discussion:
Western Heritage is relocating, leaving their existing Gering facility vacant. It is located on 10th Street and has three entrance points. the building also has a basement space.
In new facility, blueprint specs were reviewed. floorplan review, business side, education side, has a drive through, parking may be an issue. the current layout of the new building was reviewed. Space should be flexible.

3. Potential Uses for Current Central Office Space
Discussion:
Information /technologies which would free up f/a classroom, book and records storage, first Student gathering spot with available restroom (bus drivers), may need to remove wall(s) for IT section.

the number of anticipated staff that will move. Staff placement in th new rfacilities was discussed. Next concept will go to facilities for review. Vacant at the end of December, move over summer. Th4e city has right to purchase 1st. Meisner will compare utility costs. Would likely finance the project. The facility is pretty much in move in condition.
