Discussion:
The District, along with RBC, have been watching for the opportunity to refinance a portion of the Lincoln Elementary Bonds. We are currently experiencing a dip in rates and are now if a positive position to refinance and create a savings of nearly $250,000.

Exit executive session at 12:59 passed with a motion from Copsey and a second from Lacy.
