Motion to approve minutes of September 11 Work Session and September 15 Board Meeting as presented passed with a motion by Shayne Raitt and a second by Jim Heyen.

Motion to approve the expenditures as presented in the amount of $3,229,403.99 minus claims #113324 (J) and #113319 (S) passed with a motion by Brent Gollner and a second by Jim Heyen.

Motion to approve claim #113319 (S) passed with a motion by Brent Gollner and a second by Jim Heyen.

Motion to ratify contract with Kucirek Engineering for the elementary school renovations and to authorize the President of the Board of Education or Superintendent of Schools to execute and deliver such contracts and take all necessary action to carry same into effect according to their terms passed with a motion by Brent Gollner and a second by Jane Kleeb.

Motion to ratify and approve the contract with Cannon Moss Architects for the elementary school renovations and authorize the President of the Board of Education or Superintendent of Schools to execute and deliver such contracts and take all necessary action to carry same into effect according to their terms passed with a motion by Laura Schneider and a second by Shayne Raitt.

Motion to resolve that NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the District hereby authorizes the District to participate in the Initiative under the terms of the Initiative, and further authorizes the President of the Board of Education of the District to approve, finalize, execute and deliver for and on behalf of the District any and all documents, certificates and questionnaires necessary or appropriate for the District to participate in the Initiative including, without limitation, an agreement with the Commission under the terms set forth in the Initiative. passed with a motion by John Bonham and a second by Brent Gollner.

Motion to approve use of Senior High Auditorium on December 13 and 14, 2014 by Faith Lutheran Church passed with a motion by Corey Stutte and a second by Laura Schneider.
