Motion to approve minutes as presented passed with a motion by Shayne Raitt and a second by Jim Heyen.

Motion to approve the expenditures as presented minus claims #113624(S)and #113629(J) passed with a motion by Jessica Meeske and a second by Shayne Raitt.

Motion to approve of the Joint Counsel Agreement by and between Adams County School District 01-0018, a/k/a Hastings Public Schools (HPS), and Adams County School District 01-0090, a/k/a Adams Central Public Schools (ACPS), with the law firm of Perry, Guthery, Haase and Gessford, P.C., L.L.O., ("Law Firm") as joint counsel for the school districts to assist and advise the school districts in regard and relating to the Interlocal/Annexation Agreement dated September 28, 2004, by and between HPS and ACPS, and that the Perry Law Firm shall perform such services hereunder as jointly directed by the HPS and ACPS Superintendents of Schools. passed with a motion by Jim Heyen and a second by John Bonham.

Motion to approve the bid of Farris Construction in the amount of $4,152,643.00 for the Watson portion of the Elementary School Improvement Project passed with a motion by Brent Gollner and a second by Jim Heyen.
