Discussion:
Declare meeting to be open, legal, and properly advertised with all members having been informed of the nature of the meeting and having received related information. Announce the Open Meetings Act as posted in the front of the conference room.

2.1. 2020-21 Budget Discussion
Discussion:
Mr. Best opened the budget discussion by reviewing the final expense summary for the 2019-2020 school year. Final expenditures to finish the year were at 92% of budgeted amounts. Mr. Best reviewed the ending balances in the general fund, activity fund, lunch fund, depreciation fund and the building fund. The anticipated tax asking will be 2.3 % higher than last year. The total tax asking is anticipated to be $4,021,614. The total proposed levy would be 50.73 cents per $100 of valuation, an increase of 1.12 cents.
