1.1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Declare meeting to be open, legal, and properly advertised with all members having been informed of the nature of the meeting and having received related information. Announce the Open Meetings Act as posted in the front of the conference room.

Discussion:
The meeting was published in the Henderson News on May 26, 2022.

2.1. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to adopt the Resolution authorizing the issuance of Series 2022 General Obligation Building Bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,060,000.

2.2. Review of the project scope, assumed building materials, and discussion of anticipated design and construction schedule
Discussion:
Lead architect, Tim Ripp, led a preliminary discussion on the building project. Understandings were shared as to the design-bid-build process and to plan exterior materials to match the existing building. It is projected to have multiple committee meetings over the summer, drawings completed by mid-November and bids solicited and accepted prior to the end of the calendar year. The board will discuss forming a building committee at the regular meeting in June with an initial committee meeting before the end of the month. A site topographical survey and soil testing will need to be completed in the near future.
