4.2. Distribute 2022-2023 Auditor's Report
Discussion:
Mr Klein distributed the 2022-23 auditor's report. Board members can analyze the report and bring forward any questions at the December meeting.

4.3. Building & Construction Considerations
Discussion:
Mr. Klein shared that this is a time for the board to discuss building and construction considerations. Options include a bond issuance vote to complete the remainder of the project with a 50% plus 1 simple majority, a tax request authority election which includes an option to complete the remainder of the project as well as giving the board flexibility in tax request into the future with a 60% approval, and the final option of moving forward with funds that the board currently has. The building committee met via zoom Tues, Nov 6th with the architects to discuss plans. Architects are currently working on plans to downsize the daycare to fit within the funds. The building committee will meet with the architects again on Dec 11 prior to the board meeting and will attend the meeting to answer any further questions the board has.

We have Esser III money remaining this year. The remaining Esser funds will be used for classroom display technology replacement. The cost of that replacement with installation will be $49,30321.
