2.1. Summer Facility Projects
Discussion:
Jeremy discussed the preliminary summer project plans which include a service counter for the kitchen which will be funded through the hot lunch fund, upgrading kitchen air and replacing carpet in certain classrooms which would be funded though the depreciation fund.

2.2. Finances: Review & Planning
Discussion:
Jeremy began discussion with outlining the long-term financial metrics and current year projections around expenditures. Discussion continued around regional/area tax request as well as levy and state aid comparisons. He also outlined our current financial status vs those metrics.

2.3. Annual Report: Review Of Student Performance Information
Discussion:
The board discussed the academic performance data that was published in the Annual Report for 22-23. Jeremy discussed the testing schedule, extensive amount of data from the assessments and how that data is utilized in the classroom to improve student success.

2.4. Goals & Improvement Plans
Discussion:
Mr. Klein discussed the Superintendent-directed plan for district improvement around Curriculum & Assessment, Student Achievement Data, and Operation Efficiency & Integrity.

Discussion:
Dr. Skretta facilitated discussion around the board self-evaluation.
