Discussion:
Mr. Best reported that the Spring NRCSA Conference is March 19-20 in Kearney. The NASB Basics of School Law Conference is March 31 in Kearney or April 8 in Lincoln. Other items will be addressed as agenda items.

4.2. Principals' Reports
Discussion:
Mrs. Houck reported the students of the month for January for each elementary class with Jack McCormick and Kayley Paitz being named the overall students of the month. Susan Mazour was the January Teacher of the month. Testing is now ongoing and will continue through April. The HAL (High Ability Learner) group is now meeting building toward a performance of their studies in May. Tucker Houck, a 2nd grader, shared some interesting information about King Tut.
Mr. Carr reported on choir and band students participating in honor choirs and bands at UNK and the Doane Vocal Clinic. Heartland hosed the Jr. High Choral Festival with 440 participants and over 800 spectators at the performance. He also listed upcoming events.
