Discussion:
Mr. Gross presented the FY 23 Budget. Highlights included: A 6.9% reduction in the overall budget, disbursement and transfer of budget for all accounts. A 9.74% reduction in available resources before property taxes. A 3.94% increase in personal and real property tax requirements. Property valuations increased 7.73%. The total mill level dropped .036213 cents.
General fund increased 4.17%. A direct increase due to personnel costs. The bond fund had a 0% increase . Special Building expenditures decreased 12.5%. The overall FY 23 budget requires an increase in tax asking of $351,323, a 3.79% increase, while lowering the levy .036cents. |
