I move to approve the negotiated agreement for the 2025-2026 school year. Passed with a motion by Teresa Thomas and a second by Tom Bredvick.

Discussion: The items to be approved by the 2025-2026 Negotiated agreement.
New base of $41,100. This is a $1,000 increase to the base. That is a 3.95% increase. And it includes a 5.49% increase in EHA rates for Health Insurance. No changes made to befits package.
Added Head Bowling Coach (13-18%) and Assistant Bowling Coach (8-12%) to the coaching pay schedule.
Changed Junior High Student Council sponsor rate from 4-6% to 8%.
