Brad Hays discussed the programs committee meeting. The main point of discussion was the balanced rigor grading scale. Mr. Norgaard discussed the process that was used.

7. Positive Comments
Discussion:
The Board of education used the positive comments to individually thank Mr. Norgaard for all that he has done for McCook Public Schools. Mr. Norgaard gave a heartfelt thank you to the board and all administrators, teachers and patrons for all their support. Amanda Buhr also thanked Mrs. Sharpe for her work with a amazing kickoff to the summer school program. Mr. McPherson was very appreciative of OPPA and the summer food service program. Mr. Juenemann appreciated the cracker jacks program and thanked everyone that organized and attended the trip they took.
