Discussion:
Switzerland exchange student, Laura F: differences of school at home vs Palmer - small school, like a family - good environment; more impersonal at schools in Switzerland; 6 yrs of elem then high school (high level, middle level, lower level) and then possibly apprenticeship - grade levels are different - work experience; inspired by best friend back home to become foreign exchange student; club sports, not in school sports; very fun - love school spirit.
Assessment Report, Mrs. Doggett: MAPS - at or above avg percentages; ACT - around state average. PEA: Mr. Sake - more active with Yearbook students; weightlifting - Twitter feed celebrating successes; PE - new schedule w/high school kids throughout the day. Mr. Rolf - staying very busy; PT Confs coming up (possibly earlier in quarter). |
