Mr Wegner: NSAA proposal to add girl's wrestling - no need to add if girl's join boys' team.
Levi B, Brody K, and Gus R: WSC music competition student performance PEA: Mr. Thompson - hectic schedule w/snow days; Sr Seminar (Life Skills) - going well, found curriculum online for Pers Finance - students getting good things out of it - renting/mortgages/health ins/paying for college/childcare/having a baby - getting a job/mock application/linked in profile/interview tournament - taxes/how it works/filing/what they take out; Americanism Bill - Naturalization Test option. Mrs. Thompson - very busy with snow days and breaks, playing catch up; field trip for 4th @ Stuhr, 22nd; Math/Rdg swap w/3rd & 4th @ end of day; IXL math and lang arts, great program - aligns w/standards, really liking it, shows focus area and can be assigned as needed; 3rd gr - hatching eggs in incubator, 19 eggs. |

Mrs. Loeffelbein: MAP testing next wk; NRCSA - next Friday, 2PC presenting; Palmer being recognized for closing achievement gaps in Math; Kindergarten Round-Up, Apr 4th; After School program ending first week of April; 4-H Outdoor Skills starting mid-April; NSCAS pep rally/banner presentation; expansion of After School program possible - in discussion.
Mr. Morris: Science curriculum review is almost complete; MAP testing runs thru March; NSCAS in April; Shake Competition - winner Laura F, exchange student; Senator Friesen assembly - spoke to student body, tour of school; AQUESTT committee - recommendation of changes on high school side (rec'd 12 from staff). |
