1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting was called to order at 7:42 with the following present: Bohlken, Loeffelbein, Morris, Fellers, Hake, Weller, H Shotkoski, E Shotkoski, Westman.

2. Approve minutes of Feb 24, 2021 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Weller, second by Hake to approve minutes of Feb 24, 2021 meeting. All present voted aye.

3. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Reviewed five accident reports (minor head bumps in PE/recess).

4. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
No issues noted.

|
5. Review ALICAP safety tests for the year
Discussion:
Staff have completed 446 ALICAP safety training modules to date.

6. Annual safety review
Discussion:
Sheriff Westman gave a report on his safety inspection and discussed SRP training.
|
|
7. Emergency Operations Plan (Safety Plan)
Discussion:
Discussed Emergency Operations Plan training and new document template to be used from NDE.
