Discussion:
Meeting was called to order at 7:43 with the following present: Bohlken, Loeffelbein, Morris, Fellers, Hake, Weller, E Shotkoski.

2. Approve minutes of April 21, 2021 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Hake, second by Weller to approve minutes of April 21, 2021 meeting. All present voted aye.

3. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Five accident reports - playground cuts/scrapes, VB sprain.
|

4. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
No issues noted.

|
5. Review ALICAP safety tests for the year
Discussion:
Staff completed 369 safety training modules to date.
|
|
6. Red Emergency backpacks updated
|
|
7. Fire, tornado, bus evacuation, security drills
Discussion:
Bus evacuation drill completed 8/13/21. Tornado drill completed 9/8/21. Fire and security drills scheduled this month.
