1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting called to order at 7:42 with the following present: Bohlken, Hake, H Shotkoski, Morris, Loeffelbein, Weller.

2. Approve minutes of September 22, 2021 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Weller, second by Hake to approve meeting minutes. All present voted aye.

3. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Five accident reports reviewed - four at recess, one in shop. Minor cuts, scrapes.

4. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
Waiting on parts for broken swing set on playground.
|
|
5. Review ALICAP safety tests for the year
Discussion:
536 safety training modules completed by 43 staff members.
|

6. Other
Discussion:
Discussed tornado scenario. If we are sheltered in basement, building would be locked and inaccessible to public.
