1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting called to order at 7:43 with the following present: Bohlken, Loeffelbein, Morris, Wolfe, Fellers, Woodruff, Tedmon.

2. Approve minutes of December 20, 2023 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Loeffelbein, second by Wolfe to approve minutes. All present voted aye.

3. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Four accident reports: 1 bus, 3 recess - all minor.

4. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:

5. Review ALICAP safety tests for the year
Discussion:
521 safety training modules completed by 43 staff members.

Submitted NDE safety/security grant application. Will be notified in May if selected.
