1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 with the following present: Veronica Lane, Asia Trout, Carissa Valasek, Payden Woodruff, Bill Gregoski, Heather Valasek, Heather Shotkoski, Todd Weller, Justin Valasek, Joel Bohlken, Sherise Loeffelbein, Kristin Reimers.

2. Approve minutes of March 28, 2025 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Weller, second by Shotkoski to approve the minutes. All present voted aye.

3. Wellness

3.1. Review school wellness practices
Discussion:
Discussed ongoing efforts to maintain healthy students, including school meals, Physical Education, and Health Education.

4. Safety

4.1. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Reviewed five reports: one shop, two recess, one PreK, and one track. Minor cut, scrape, bump, and two broken bones.

4.2. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
No current facility issues were noted.

4.3. Review Safety/Security reports
Discussion:
Reviewed progress on addressing items from ALICAP and Sheriff's reports.

Discussion:
Items for future consideration: replacing gym floor covering tarps, adding front lights at PK.
