1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting called to order at 7:33 with the following present: Tayma Rasmussen, Payden Woodruff, Bill Gregoski, Asia Trout, Carissa Valasek, Heather Shotkoski, Todd Weller, Sherise Loeffelbein, Joel Bohlken, Kristin Reimers, Jenna Church, John Westman.

2. Approve minutes of May 14, 2025 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Shotkoski, second by Reimers to approve the minutes. All present voted aye.

3. Wellness

3.1. Review school wellness practices
Discussion:
Reviewed the following topics regarding health and wellness: School Meals (great; food allergy accommodations), Physical Education (currently on sports units using 4-pt. scale), Essential Physical Activity Topics in Health Education (life posters; Red Ribbon Week), Recess (Elementary), Classroom Physical Activity Breaks (Elementary and Secondary), Active Academics.

4.1. Review safety training modules
Discussion:
500 SafeSchools training modules completed to date by 44 staff members. Staff have also completed seizure training from the Epilepsy Foundation.

4.2. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Reports of three recess accidents — collision and falls.

|
4.3. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
No safety issues noted on checklists.

4.4. Review Safety/Security reports
Discussion:
Reviewed progress on the items from ALICAP and sheriff inspection reports.
