1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Motion to call meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. made by Shotkoski, second by Loeffelbein, with the following present: Renae Dixon, Bill Gregoski, Sherise Loeffelbein, Todd Weller, Heather Shotkoski, Darius Williams, Joel Bohlken (via phone), Becky Meyer, Payden Woodruff, Uriel Guzman, Eryn Gregoski, Carissa Valasek, Kristin Reimers.

2. Approve minutes of May 6, 2026 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Weller, second by Shotkoski to approve the meeting minutes. All present voted aye.

3. Review school wellness practices
Discussion:
Reviewed policy 508.13, including: School Meals, Physical Education, Essential Physical Activity Topics in Health Education, Recess (Elementary), Classroom Physical Activity Breaks (Elementary and Secondary), Active Academics.

4.1. Review safety training modules
Discussion:
7323 SafeSchools training modules completed by 50 staff members.
|
|
4.2. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Reviewed three accident reports: insect sting at recess, swing fall at recess, head bump in class. All returned to activity.

4.3. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
Items noted: rubber mulch at PreK, fire alarm handle in science room. Also discussed corner mirror in the lunch hall, handicap switch on the front door.
