1.  Book Review:   "Strengths Based Leadership"

2.  2018-19 Teacher/Program Needs:  Discuss any teacher and program change recommendations for 2018-19.

3. Board Program Approvals:  Building and Grounds, Transportation, Large Equipment, Curriculum, Tech IT

4.  Staff Resignations:  Discuss present openings/ resignations/early retirement requests across the district.  Make sure you submit all staff resignations.  Current resignations for Board approval in March:  Elizabeth Johnson, Dawn Prescott, Barb Kudera, Molly Kroupa,

5.  New Staff: Make sure you submit your new hire forms so that I can create contracts for board approval in March.

6. 2018-19 Coop Order:  The ESU Coop order form is open.  Sally sent out all instructions.  These are due April 1st.

7.  2018-19 Teacher Requisitions:  Requisitions are open to your staff.   These will be due on May 1st.

8.  Priority School Designation:  Presentation for the State Board of Education on March 2nd at 9:00 AM.

9.  Youth Activities Program:  Activities Directors met with community coordinators met for a 2nd meeting. Discussion about a youth sports calendar, registration page for all activities, etc...  Crete is the only conference school that has community  run youth activities program.  All the other schools are managed under the current high school programs.
