1.  Book Review:   (Leverage Leadership 2.0) (Chapter 8:  Jesse Zavadil)

2.  September District Program Meetings:  All meetings for the year are on the superintendent's calendar.

Sept. 26th: Custodial/transportation @ SCHS East Gym (2:15 PM)

Sept 26th:  Food Service Staff @ SCHS East Gym (2:15 PM)

Sept 28th:  Para/Office Support Staff @ SCHS East Gym (1:45)  SES Music Room (2:30)
Sept 28th: SEA @ Supt. Office 3:15 PM.

3.  Budget and Finance:  See finance/budget information provided at the meeting.

4.  Amend School Calendar:   October 10th:  No School (APL Refresher)

5.   Safety Update: Lloyd Hansen will be here on Wednesday, September 12th at 9:00 AM.  I need to have your updates for the emergency contacts, staff changes, etc... by Wednesday.  Following our initial meeting, he will be in and out of the buildings over the next two weeks to conduct our safety audit.
Rapid Response: I am working with Paul Delon to schedule training and update access for administrators to use this program to record safety incidents and schedule safety events in your building.

6.  Rule 10 Requirements:  (Reminder) Rule 10 building reports are due to the superintendent by October 1st.

7.  Upcoming School Board Meetings:  6:30 PM
     September 17:  Budget Hearing and regular school board meeting. 

8.  Administration Social Contract:  Review social contract for administration for the 2018-19 school year.

9.  Para-Educator Conference:  If you are sending para-educators to the para-education conference this year, please make sure you put the registration in vehicle tracks and Sally will register your people.  If you have already registered your people, please see Sally as soon as possible to get this straightened out

10.  Field Trips:  Reminder, we schedule field trips within the regular school day.  With the 3 regular routes before and after school, any requested trips outside of the regular day need approval.
