I. Discuss the district's building maintenance plan.
Discussion:
Meeting attendees: Ronnie Mundil, Michelle Egr, and Dr. Hoesing
We discussed our building and grounds program and the development and implementation of a building and grounds maintenance plan. This plan will be developed with input from building principals, building and grounds board committee, and representatives from maintenance, AD, and superintendent. We also discussed the need to make the plan accessible to our staff and the general public. Our goal is to have a platform identified/developed by the October meeting and the plan adopted by January, 2014.
