7. 2020 Strategic Plan: Attached below is the 2020 Strategic Plan. We need to begin updating our progress on the identified Action Plans. See attached document. 8. 2021 Strategic Plan Process: Discussion on the process for receiving input (Thoughtexchange) and prioritizing Action Plans for the 2021 Strategic Plan. Selection of strategic planning committee for 2021.
