1. Professional Reading: (Walk a While in My Shoes): a. "On the future" from the employer/employee perspective. 2. Board Reports: November 9th board reports are due today (Wednesday, November 4th). 3. 2020-21 Teacher Incentive Program: The SEA met with the board on Monday, November 2nd to discuss the 2021-22 Certificated Contracts and the 2020-21 Incentive program. The incentive around remote teaching seems to be a struggle with the teachers as to what is fair. Maybe you can enlighten me as to the work required for these remote learners. 4. January Professional Development Days: We are planning on asking the board in December to amend the January calendar to support 2-days of professional development. We will use the thoughtexchange input to design this workshop schedule. New teachers will be required to complete the final 2 days of the 5-day APL training at this time. 5. Gallup Strength's Finder: Thank you to Dr. Gibbons for providing us with the strength finders report for each building. Discussion on how we plan to use it or include it in our strategic plans for 2021. 6. Required Staff Training: Update State/Federal required trainings and who needs to do them:

7. 2020 Strategic Plan: Attached below is the updated 2020 Strategic Plan. We need to make sure our actions are connected to the proposed plan. If not completed, we need to consider if the target stays for 2021 or if it is up for staff consideration. See attached document. 8. 2021 Strategic Plan Process: Discussion on the process for receiving input (Thoughtexchange) and prioritizing Action Plans for the 2021 Strategic Plan.
