Communication Effort Respect Responsibility Belief One Good Thing! Carol Reha: COVID Report 12/14/2020 5 Minutes of FAME: APL Weekly Focus: Feeling Tone
1. Probationary Teacher Evaluations: Thank you for your work on completing the first semester teacher evaluations. 2. Required Safety Training: Dr. Gibbons will provide a 1st Semester Report. 3. Early Retirement Eligibility: i will provide the updated list for this year. 4. Board/Community Thoughtexchange: Discussion on the board/community Thoughtexchange. 5. Health Screens: Carol Reha has organized health screens again on the morning of the strategic planning meeting, January 18th. The meeting is setup to allow individuals to leave for their screen, and return to the professional development workshops. 6. 2nd Quarter Outstanding Employees: Please make sure you get your building outstanding employees recognized for 2nd Quarter. You will meet with the Foundation on January 4th at 1:00PM as these will be recognized on January 18th. 7. 2021 Strategic Plan Process: Review 2020 Summary Report to inform the 2021 strategic planning process. 8. Workshop schedule for January 18-19: Discussion on possible topics for the January Workshops. 9. 2021-22 Calendar: Initial discussion on first semester draft of the 2021-22 School Calendar based on 2020-21 corresponding dates.
