February 10, 2014 at 9:00 AM - SAA Weekly Meeting

Rationale:  1.  Phil Warrick Workshop:  Mr. Gibbons is working on the schedule with Phil for Friday.

2.  Monthly Finance Report:  Thanks for your efforts to manage spending throughout the school year.  See attached finance information.

3.  2014-15 Calendar Process:  All input has been processed and included on calendar recommendations.  I will visit this week with each building administrator to review calendar recommendations. 

4.  Strategic Planning Process:  We are still waiting for Cargill to complete their employee input to the strategic plan.  Once we receive this, I will present a draft of the plan to our administrative team, then to our employee representatives. 

5.  Building Staff Report:  Thank you to the building level administrators for submitting your staffing assignments and certifications.
