Vaccinations: We currently have nearly 60 staff with the first vaccination. The remainder of our staff is scheduled at the Ballroom tomorrow. So far, the symptoms from the first shot are pretty mild, however, the second shot may have more symptoms. The second shot will most likely be scheduled for April 13th. With 100 or more scheduled for tomorrow, we may want to consider coverage if we have a high incident of reactions. or ask to move the date to Thursday, April 13th. 1. Early Retirement Eligibility: The board approved the three partial early retirement requests. See board meeting. 2. School Safety/Security Assessment Report: Dr. Lefdal, Jesse Zavadil, Meridith Riha, and Heather Bebout are registered for this workshop. It is zoom, so you will stay in your building/office. These building reps. along with 6 other representatives will be involved in a attending a zoom two-day workshop (March 16th & 17th) hosted by NDE (FEMA: High Quality Emergency Operations Plan). In addition to 6 school members we must include (Emergency Manager, County Sheriff, Chief of Police, Fire Chief) in this training. We will be updating our plan to match all the requirements of the FEMA Plan. 3. 2021-22 Requisitions: The 2021-22 COOP purchase teacher catalog opened on-line on February 21, 2021. Textbook cycle and requisitions for 2021-22 will be open Monday, March 15th. Teachers will need to requisition for their present positions. Coop purchase is due Friday, March 26th. Regular requisitions due Friday, April 30th. 4. 2021-22 School Calendar: The board approved the 2021-22 Calendar. Dr. Gibbons sent it out to staff and Kady will post it on the website. 5. 2021 STRAT Plan Meeting Schedule: The board has approved the 2021 Plan. Kady will post it on the website this week. You may begin working on those items under your supervision. 6. March 9th Parent-Teacher Conferences: Discuss 3rd Quarter P-T Conferences. 7. Staff Contracts: The board approved Program Coordinator and Director Contracts for 2021-22. This month they will take action on certified contracts.
