Professional Reading: (Power of a Positive Team):  Chapter 5.

1. Thoughtexchange:  Review results of our first thought exchange.

2.  October Special Events:  The fall technology fair is scheduled for Wednesday, October 16th.  Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 17th.  Fall Break is October 18th.  Professional Development Day is October 21st.  APL New Teacher Training is October 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. Discuss support staff work schedule for these days.

3.  Afterschool Program:  I approved additional hours for your para-educators to work in the afterschool program.  These hours will be tracked and paid by the afterschool grant. 

4.  Strategic Planning:   Review ECRA Dashboard.

5.  2019-20 Teacher Incentive Program:  Discussion and Ideas for us to consider proposing to the SEA and board of education.
