3.  2014-15 Requisition:  The server is setup.  Jeff has sent you an email to download filemaker on your computer.  He will work with the PC machines this week.  We will release the second round to the staff on Friday, 4/11/2014.  These will be due on Monday, May 5th.

4.  Records scanning:  Central office attended a webinar on scanning records and developing an electronic file system to manage records.  We will install this system on the new filemaker server and work with your office staff.

5.  State Board Meeting:  The state  board meeting is scheduled for tomorrow.  We will be recommended for two grants.  The after-school grant is 1.3 million over 5 years, and the SIG grant is 2.1 million over 3 years. 

6.  Strategic Planning:  I am working with Jim Hopkins to develop our portal for the filemaker programs.  We have several items to be presented to the board in April and May.

7.  Smart Find:  May 9th we have 11 teachers requesting personal leave.  Please pay attention to the requested dates to make sure we have adequate number of substitutes to fill vacancies.
